Hello,

My goal is to help you feel better. I enjoy seeing people come out of a massage relaxed, happy, and thankful (often a little sleepy as well). Massages are great for relaxation and healing. I adjust each session to my clients needs. So if you want extra time on certain areas like shoulders and low back, or you want me to work on an issue like frozen shoulder for you, then that's what I'll do. Come in for a session and let's see what I can do for you!

What to Expect/Know
Massage Benefits

~Come 5-20min. early- so you can fill out a health form and use the bathroom ahead of time.

​

~How to dress-dress in easy to get in and out of clothing. when getting a massage it is normal to take everything off including socks (some leave their underwear on) then get under the sheet and blanket. If you would rather me massage over clothing or avoid certain areas just let me know.

​

~I use lotion and sometimes oil or cream on your body- so you may feel like taking a shower afterwards

​

~About half way through I will likely ask you to turn over and move down- I ask you to move down so that your head is on the table (and not on the face cradle) because it is safer, more comfortable and easier for me to get to your neck

​

~Give yourself some time to relax after your massage

​

~If you want to maintain massage results it is recommended that you come in once a month regularly

​

~If I am trying to help you fix an issue, it is often best to come in more than once a month

​

~Drink plenty of water-before hand so you don't get cramps and afterwards to help your body flush out your system. (Your body may feel sore the next day due to the toxins it is trying to remove from your system.)

​

~Let me know- if the pressure is too much, if the table heat is too warm, if something hurts, or if there is something else I can do to make you feel more comfortable.

​

~Let me know if you just worked out -I may need to adjust my strokes so you don't cramp up

​

~Please silence your phone or put it on vibrate

​

~Please cancel your service if you have any of these things: a fever, a contagious rash, a thromboses/blood clot, the flu, lice, ringworm, or a bad cold

​

~Please let me know if you have had a recent Botox shot. I need to avoid the area so as not to distribute the Botox to other areas.

 

~Please give at least 24hr. notice if possible when canceling a service

​

~Due to the complexity of scheduling please make appointments at least a day before hand

​
